Source health
“Current” is calculated from each publisher’s stated cadence. A source becomes overdue only after that cadence plus one day. Row-count jumps, failed attempts and missing captures are shown separately instead of being averaged into a green status.
Build-to-build quality gate
No material build-to-build shift crossed both guardrails.
The gate catches pipeline drift that source row counts cannot: a resolver change can make a payment ambiguous even when the publisher file itself is unchanged. A review state blocks automatic publication while preserving the capture and its evidence archive.

A completed capture proves what the publisher returned at that observation time. It does not prove that the publisher’s file was complete, so a row-count move greater than ten percent is held for review.
A documented analyst review can clear one exact pair of captures while leaving the raw percentage visible. It never pre-approves the next capture: a later jump opens a new review automatically.
A missed date is an unobserved gap. The next successful snapshot restores the current view; it cannot reconstruct changes that happened between snapshots.
Freshness v1 reports elapsed days divided by the source cadence. Continuity v1 counts cadence-sized windows containing at least one successful capture. Repeated captures in one window count once, and empty windows stay empty. Short histories show their observed and expected window counts so a new source cannot imply years of monitoring.
