This is an observation map, not a league table.
A large count can mean a large business population, broad publisher coverage, or both. It cannot be compared as an economic rate until coverage and population denominators are held constant. Record Depth measures how much attributable evidence entities.ca holds, not the quality of a city or its businesses.
Daily capture turns a directory into a time series.
Formation, licence opening, closure and activity measures become defensible only after repeated observations. Each future point carries a method version and coverage version so adding a new municipality cannot silently appear as economic growth.
